Just moved? Received delivery of a large item? Have a bunch of cardboard that won’t fit in your recycling cart? You’re in luck, there are alternatives for cardboard recycling. For those broken down cardboard boxes that won’t fit into your recycling cart, you can:

1)     cut them into 2 foot by 2 foot bundles, tie them with tape or twine, and place them next to your recycling cart, or

2)     load them into your car, bring them through the Tam Valley Community Center parking lot at 203 Marin Avenue to the back gate of TCSD’s yard where you will find 2 dumpsters dedicated to cardboard recycling. No tape or twine needed for broken down boxes dropped off.
