Cabin Masterplan Concepts

The property at 60 Tennessee Valley Road is currently owned by the County of Marin. Tamalpais Community Services District manages the property, rents out the Cabin for small gatherings and hosts several events per year on this beautiful land. There are ADA improvements that need to be made and the County of Marin would like to transfer ownership over to TCSD. Prompted by this, TCSD is looking at options for how to use improve the property to serve our community for years to come.

CMG Landscape Architects presented three concepts for the Cabin Masterplan to the public, inside the Cabin on Friday, September 5th at the final Creekside Unplugged of the season. We understand that many people who would like to give feedback were not able to attend the in person event. We are posting the presentation slides in order to share the options with the community.
