About

The Finance Department at TCSD manages the district’s fiscal operations, developing and implementing the annual budget and long-term budget. The department manages all financial tasks for the District including payroll, administration, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The department strives to maintain accountability and transparency with its operations and provides timely reports at the public Board meetings.

In addition, in compliance with state law, we provide income and expense information to the State Controller's office annually. To view this data please visit the State Controller's By The Numbers website.

Enterprise System Catalog

California Senate Bill 272 (SB 272) mandates that local agencies create and maintain an "Enterprise System Catalog". This catalog must list all enterprise systems, defined as multi-departmental software applications or computer systems that collect, store, exchange, or analyze information used by the agency, including systems that are original data sources or collect public information. The catalog must be publicly accessible and posted on the agency's website.  Please see our catalog below:
