Board of Directors

Board members attend 1 or more meetings a month (regular Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm and Board work sessions are held as needed on a date agreed to by the Board, usually on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m.) and receive compensation of $100 per meeting. Directors who have been approved to attend other agency meetings to represent TCSD will also receive $100 per meeting once their report is presented at a regular Board meeting.
