Tam Valley Community Center

The Tam Valley Community Center is located at 203 Marin Avenue adjacent to Tennessee Valley Road and close to hiking, bicycling, and equestrian trails. The facility is near the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Miwok Stables, Tennessee Cove, and the Pacific Ocean. 

It is ideal for neighborhood meetings, classes, community group events, business meetings, music recitals, art shows, seminars, receptions, parties, and other similar events.

Hours Available: 
Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM 
Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Only one event is booked per weekend.

Rental Fees

Tam Valley Residents: $85/hour
Non-Residents: $112/hour
Tam Valley Non-Profits: $96/hour

Non-Profits: $104/hour
Public Agencies: $75/hour
Commercial: (any event charging admission-profit or non-profit) $128/hour
All rentals are charged a 3 hour minimum. 

Maximum Capacity: 192
Cleaning Service Fee: $213 (cleaning service is required for all rentals)
Attendant Fee: $33/hour required for all events, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any events over 8 hours will pay $43/hr for the attendant.

Renters must secure a $1 million one-day insurance certificate naming TCSD as an additional insured.

PA/Speaker sound systems are not available.
Doors and windows must be closed when amplified music is played.
Teen events require the submittal of a security plan prior to booking the center.

When you have confirmed availability, please print out the forms below and return them to TCSD's office either by dropping them into the secured mailbox in front of 305 Bell Lane or scanning and emailing to info@tamcsd.org. To check availability, click here.

Reservations are not valid until you receive a confirmation from our office. Amplified music permitted between 9:00am to 10:00pm. Doors and windows must be closed while amplified music is playing.
