Tam Valley Community Center
The Tam Valley Community Center is located at 203 Marin Avenue adjacent to Tennessee Valley Road and close to hiking, bicycling, and equestrian trails. The facility is near the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Miwok Stables, Tennessee Cove, and the Pacific Ocean.
It is ideal for neighborhood meetings, classes, community group events, business meetings, music recitals, art shows, seminars, receptions, parties, and other similar events.

Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Only one event is booked per weekend.

Public Agencies: $71/hour
Commercial: (any event charging admission-profit or non-profit) $122/hour
All rentals are charged a 3 hour minimum.

Cleaning Service Fee: $203
Attendant Fee: $31/hour required for all events, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any events over 8 hours will pay $41/hr for the attendant.
Renters must secure a $1 million one-day insurance certificate naming TCSD as an additional insured.

Reservations are not valid until you receive a confirmation from our office. Amplified music permitted after 9:00am until
